My name is Stacey Elliott and I am the Owner/Candy Maker for A Taste of Chocolate located in Wixom, Michigan. I have always loved making chocolates and my friends have always encouraged me to start my own business. Well, finally the laws in Michigan are allowing me to follow through. Here's what I do:
Using tempered chocolate I make:
Truffles
Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Covered Pretzels and Pretzel Rods
Chocolate Covered Potato Chips
Chocolate Chip Cookies-These are soft batch and oh so good!!!
Chocolate Nut Clusters
Chocolate Caramel or Peanut Butter Cups
Chocolate Caramel Pecan Patties
The caramel is also made from scratch!!
I can do all sorts of chocolates, just not cupcakes or cake decorating.
